1. How long will it take for my order to be processed?

Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt, if all items are in stock. (Subject to change during the month of January.) You will be notified of items on your order that are out of stock or backordered.

2. When will I receive my order?

Orders within the continental United States are shipped via USPS or FedEx Ground depending on weight. Deliveries to the West Coast and western states take up to seven days, deliveries to the Midwest take up to five days, deliveries to the Mid-Atlantic states and the eastern seaboard generally take up to four days. All estimates include up to 24 hours for processing the order.

3. What is the latest I can order and still receive my merchandise in time for Groundhog Day?

Information on the final days to order merchandise to receive it prior to Groundhog Day will be posted on our home page approximately one week before Groundhog Day.

To be sure you receive the merchandise you want in time for Groundhog Day, we ask that you place your order as early in January (or prior) as possible.

4. Do you ship overseas?

We have limited delivery to locations outside of the United States. If you place an order for delivery to another country, we will contact you by e-mail if we cannot ship your order. We ship overseas via the U.S. Postal Service. Most shipments take between four to seven days but it is impossible to guarantee delivery by any certain date.

5. Do you have a print catalog?


No, but we now have a feature on this Web site that allows you to print a catalog yourself! Please click on the tab at the top of the page labeled "Print a Catalog" and follow the instructions. The catalog is in a PDF format and it is comprised of items that appear on this site.



6. What is your return policy for shipping charges?

We are always happy to make refunds and exchanges but we do not refund shipping and handling costs on return orders.  All returns  must be made within  60 days of receipt for refund or exchange.  After 60 days a merchandise credit will be issued for value of return...(all exchanges exclude shipping/handling charges.)
